The Space
- Argentinian Wood-Fired Grill: Enjoy the authentic experience of cooking with wood on a large Argentinian-style grill. Firewood is provided, making your grilling experience effortless and memorable.
- Italian Wood-Fired Pizza Oven: Delight your guests with fresh, homemade pizzas using our Italian wood-fired oven, also with firewood included.
- Outdoor Fireplace & Sitting Area: Create a warm and cozy ambiance with our outdoor fireplace, perfect for relaxing conversations or unwinding by the fire.
- Covered Bar Area: Bring your own beverages and use the open bar area – which includes seating, a TV, a refrigerator, and access to a kegerator, making it an ideal spot for enjoying a few drinks and entertaining guests.
- Flexible Seating Arrangements: The barn can be easily set up with tables and chairs to comfortably seat up to 50 people, making it suitable for gatherings of various sizes. Additional seating space can easily be accommodate in the spacious outdoor courtyard area that together can accommodate groups up to 150.

Event Space Rental Only
Includes Barn, Courtyard & Bar Area ( Does not include use of grills, fireplace and fire pits)
- Up to 4 hours – $300.00 (4 hour minimum rental required). $100 per hour for additional scheduled time. M-Th all day, Sunday after 1pm.
- All Day Rental (max 10 hours) M-Th – $700.00
- All Day Rental (max 10 hours, scheduled no more than 2 months in advance) F, Sat, Sun – $1000.00 peak season, $850 non-peak season
Full Space Rental
Includes up to 10 hours of rental of barn and courtyard – and use of grills, pizza oven , fire pit and outdoor fireplace. Wood is provided. Also includes an additional agreed upon outdoor location with 50 chairs provided. All events must end by 10 p.m.
- Full Rental Space M-Th – $1500.00.
