The event center sits in front of the spacious courtyard and party barn – making it inviting for those looking to hold large indoor / outdoor gatherings as well. The space is equipped with modern amenities to ensure your event runs seamlessly. Guests will appreciate the convenience of two restrooms, while a private dressing room offers a quiet retreat for preparing or relaxing during the festivities.
The large kitchen and prep space is a caterer’s dream, featuring ample counter space, a generous prep island, commercial-grade refrigerators and warmers, beverage cooler, large ice machine, and a pass-through bar seamlessly connects the kitchen to the main event room, making it easy to serve your guests.

Event Space Rental – Non-Wedding Private Events
- Up to 4 hours – $500.00 (4 hour minimum rental required). $100 per hour for additional scheduled time. M-Th all day, Sunday after 1pm.
- All Day Rental (max 10 hours) M-Th – $1000.00
- All Day Rental (max 10 hours, scheduled no more than 2 months in advance) F, Sat, Sun – $1500.00
